We made this for an appetizer for Thanksgiving, and Tom should be happy because we winged it. His Mom had a large wheel of Brie and a can of the new Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations in the fridge, and we went to town.
As a result, we have no recipe, but I really think that you can’t go wrong with something like this:
I filled mine with peach preserves and the Brie, and wrapped it up loosely.
Tom filled and topped his with brown sugar and honey…and forgot the cinnamon.
We baked them at 375 until golden and took them over to our Thanksgiving gathering. Tom would like to point out that his was gone first…
…but they were both good.
YUM! looks so good!
