It’s tasty, and pink! Perfect! Typically a topping for fish tacos, but we used it to spice up our thrown-together shrimp fajitas.

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 1/2 chipotle peppers, in adobo (found in a can on the international aisle)
1 tbs adobo
dash of lime juice (the recipe calls for lemon, I like lime 🙂 )
salt and pepper
1. Pulse everything together in the food processor and serve.
