baked tortilla chips

alright, here’s an easy one.

so, you make a recipe that calls for 10 or so corn tortillas.  they come in 30 packs.  now, you’re left with 20 tortillas, and you don’t feel like eating mexican continuously for the two weeks.

do this:

1.  preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  brush both sides of your corn tortillas with vegetable oil.

3.  stack the tortillas and cut into sixths, to make triangles.

4.  spread in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or two.  sprinkle with salt or whatever seasoning you desire (fajita seasoning or chili powder are tasty).  bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly golden.

serve, or store in an airtight container for later!
