dogfish head & it’s not beer? 
that’s right, friends. in addition to making awesome, sometimes weird beer, they have a distillery, which we discovered while making a pilgrimage to beer mecca visiting family on the delaware coast.
& in true dogfish fashion, they’ve made it a bit different. the juniper flavor is still there, but to it they’ve added pineapple mint, green peppercorns & rosemary.
it pairs all too well with tonic & lime.

i’m pretty sure it’s only sold in delaware, unfortunately. we happen to have relatives there & bribe anyone traveling through there to pick some up for us!
