Two weeks ago, it was my parents anniversary. So, my sister, Bethany, came to hang out with me and Tom. We decided not to go out for dinner, because my sister is NOT a cheap date…I think my Amex is still bruised from the last time the three of us went out for sushi. So, while my parents dined at The Umstead, we made pizzas at home.

Tom and I made our favorite White Pizza , while Bethany stuck with tried and true, basic pepperoni. We had a blast in the kitchen and relaxing watching the opening ceremony to the Olympics. We’ll have to do it again soon!
